I received my original bodywork training from the Brian Utting School of Massage in 2008. I skillfully engage with your nervous system through a blend of connective tissue unwinding, contactful tissue engagement, and a profound presence that honors your innate knowledge of heath and balance.

My practice is informed by years of collaborative, ongoing advanced study and guided by intuition to facilitate ease and lasting change in your body. My favorite sessions are focused around relieving specific areas of discomfort.

Continual education, for myself, my clients, and my colleagues is a hallmark of my practice. In addition to a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Physiology, I have advanced hands on training and experience in several arenas, including Neurofascial Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, Injury Treatment and Recovery, Structural Bodywork, and Deep Tissue. For the last ten years I’ve been a frequent teaching assistant at the Pacific Northwest School of Massage.

My belief is that somewhere inside of you is the answer to every question that can be asked about you. My concern is that we make a connection with that part of you that knows the answers, and that those answers can be shared with us and used for the good of the total you.
